We are On Site. (not off site ) there is a difference.. Our staff stays at the Lodging at Winterplace assisting you throughout the trip. No need to call and wait for someone to come to you for simple changes. We can take care of that right away! Need a extra tubing ticket~ Lost Meal voucher Need to switch from Snowshoe to Skis, No problem!
We offer off site and on site rentals. Like we discussed, there are pros and cons to both. The best thing about Off Site is that it's less expensive (that's always nice) however, the off site shops are much smaller and they don't usually have the same equipment for each group ( normally they have to "piecemeal" rentals so every group has a piece of equipment spread over 20 years, especially for a LARGE group )
Off site.. you have to "double pick up" rentals.. ( Pick them up, drive them to the slopes.. . They you have to Drive them back to rental shop)
Winterplace Rental shop is the largest in the southeast. We can set up a time for you to come in Sunday night. I've enclosed a picture. You pick them up and drop them off right there. Simply worth the extra cost., and you get a $10 lesson with them! Ask around
