Nexstep Travel Resort response to Covid-19
Our company is closely monitoring the coronavirus pandemic and following the CDC, state, and local authorities’ suggestions. In light of the current circumstances we feel that the socially responsible thing to do is immediately cancel trips for the next two weeks. This policy will be evaluated again on March 30, 2020. We expect this to be the case through at least mid April. We take this very seriously and hope you will as well. Some of the immediate things we are doing are the following:
· Our office staff are answering phones and working from home until further notice.
· Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am till 4pm. This is when phones are answered and emails returned.

· We ARE CURRENTLY taking RESERVATIONS for adventure trips and hope to resume all activities and operations on May 15, 2020. This is a hard decision for us but we do not want to put our staff or guests at risk. This policy will be evaluated again on March 30 and every two weeks moving forward.
· If you have questions or want to reschedule an upcoming trip we want to handle this as soon and as smoothly as possible. We have relaxed our standard cancellation and refund policies due to this unfortunate situation. .
· If your trip is after April 30th we ask that you wait a few weeks before reaching out so we can focus on those that have a more immediate need to resolve trip cancellation requests.
